Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless local laws mandate it. We recommend reviewing your municipality’s regulations to stay compliant. -

Can I reach you after hours?
We provide emergency contact availability for urgent issues. General questions and non-urgent requests are addressed during regular business hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer direct deposit for owner disbursements, making the process fast, secure, and convenient. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You are welcome to review the lease before it is finalized. As your property manager, we handle the execution of the lease on your behalf unless you prefer otherwise. (We actually do have the property owners sign their leases, we send this out for e-signing through Rentvines “Rent Sign”) -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. In addition to property management, we offer full real estate sales services. If you're thinking about buying or selling, we’re here to guide you through the process. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner payouts are issued regularly, typically via direct deposit after rent is collected and all expenses are reconciled. -
How is rent collection handled?
We support multiple payment options, including a 24/7 online portal for tenants. Late payments are managed according to lease terms, and we handle all notifications and follow-ups. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most leases are signed for a 12-month term, but we can adjust based on current market conditions and your preferences. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Deposit amounts are based on market standards and tenant qualifications. We always ensure compliance with applicable laws. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Once agreements are signed and your property is rent-ready, we can start management immediately. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, duplexes, multi-family buildings, condos, and commercial properties throughout the San Antonio area. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You’ll receive monthly owner statements detailing income and expenses. Additional custom reports are available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Tenant security deposits are held in a dedicated trust account in accordance with local laws and best practices.
